Personal AI memory + agent system.
The Obsidian AI System is my personal memory and agent environment: a way to turn research, plans, and operating context into something AI can use responsibly, instead of starting cold in every chat.
It runs on knowledge files, hooks, skills, and a multi-agent governance layer (Townfolk) that enforces data integrity across the knowledge base. That layer is in daily production use, catching drift and keeping the memory honest as it grows. Durable, written-down context beats a single chat thread.
The vault contents stay private. What I show is the architecture and the ideas: how to give AI better working memory without exposing everything a person knows.
